How to order online:

Step 1 – Register or Login

To Register:

  • Click on the register link
  • Fill in the necessary details required
  • Create a password

Already registered clients can just Login:

  • Enter your email address where required
  • Enter your password

Step 2 – Product search options

  • Word search bar
  • Category Sidebar
  • Species Category Block

Step 3 – Select the product

  • Click on the add to cart icon, in order to add your product to your shopping basket
  • Repeat this process and add as many products as you like

**Discounted bulk purchases:    Please request a quote and give us an opportunity to provide you with the best possible pricing**

Step 4 – After completing your shopping

  • Select the Cart icon on the top right-hand corner
  • Confirm your order
  • Enter your personal/billing details
  • Enter your delivery address

**Please add your company name and vat no in the ‘comment or instructions’ field on checkout – in order for this to reflect on your invoice**

(Very Important - kindly ensure that all these details are correct)

 Step 5 – Selecting a delivery option

  • Door to Door Courier Delivery (Courier costs are charged)
  • Self Collection at your nearest CapeCross branch (no courier cost involved)
  • If you are not within the Eastern- or Western Cape areas,  delivery can be arranged.  Please request a quote
  • Special arrangements (Provided to regular clients when the need arises)

Step 6 – Payment options for online purchases

  • Credit card (Amounts exceeding R10 000 – please do an EFT Transaction)
  • EFT
  • Instant EFT
  • CapeCross term clients have the option of charging their purchase to their profile

Step 7 – Completing your purchase

  • Place your order by clicking on the order button
  • You will be directed to the payment gateway (options as in Step 6)
  • After payment has been completed a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you

Step 8 – Estimated date of delivery

  • Deliveries will take place within 1 to 7 working days after payment
  • Your delivery is our priority, but please note that the delivery date is an estimate and can be influenced by stock availability and location.
